水产品中六溴环十二烷检测技术及污染水平研究进展

An overview of determination methodologies and pollution levels of hexabromocyclododecane in aquatic products

摘要: 六溴环十二坑(Hexabromocyclododecane, HBCD)作为目前被广泛使用的淡代阻燃剂,长期被应用于工业生产各行业,其引起的环境污染和对人体的健康伤害受到人们的广泛关注。水产品中六溴环十二烷的监测与暴露风险评估研究已成为国内外的研究热点。本文依据现有文献总结了水产品中六溴环十二烷的检测技术和污染水平,对各检测技术的优缺点进行了比较,为建立快速准确测定水产品中六溴环十二烷的分析方法提供参考;并总结归纳了国内外六溴环十二烷在水产品中的污染水平,为水产品中六溴环十二烷的来源、生物富集和膳食暴露风险评估的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: As a widely used brominated flame retardant,hexabromocyclododecane ( HBCD) has been used in various industries for a long period of time. The environmental pollution and human health problems caused by HBCD have significantly attracted international communities,attention. Monitoring and exposure risk assessment of HBCD in aquatic products has become a national and international research hotspot. This paper reviewed the determination methodologies,and pollution levels of HBCD in aquatic products. The pros and cons of each method were compared to provide accurate determination of HBCD in aquatic products. Further investigations on the sources,biomagnification and potential hazard to human health of HBCD in aquatic prod-ucts are necessary.
